Getting Access to AZ MVD Now - Organizations

To set up your organization with access to AZ MVD Now, you must do the following:

1. Complete this AZ MVD Now Organization Administrator Application to identify the Organization Administrator who will manage access to the Organization Account through AZ MVD Now.
2. Email the completed application to MVD Account Support Unit, ([email protected]) - please note: This is an application for an account, not a guarantee of account access. After proper due diligence, the Organization Customer Account will be created by the Account Support Unit, and the Organization Administrator will be notified of their access.
3. Once notified by the MVD Account Support Unit of your AZ MVD Now access being set up, the Organization Administration should do these two things:

• Change your AZ MVD Now password
• Add Representatives you want to access AZ MVD Now on your companies behalf
